Within our numeracy this half term we have been focusing on measure. We have learnt about measuring length, weight and temperature and enjoyed lots of practical activities such as taking our friends temperature, measuring our teacher and helping weigh items for dinner at home. The children have thought about why they would need to know these things outside of school and what jobs they would need these skills for.
